At TechVoltora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging whenever possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
